Wes Morgan is a Jamaican professional footballer who currently plays as a center-back for Nottingham Forest in the English Football League Championship. He was born on January 21, 1984, in Nottingham, England.
Morgan started his professional career at Nottingham Forest in 2002 and spent 11 seasons at the club before moving to Leicester City in 2012. He played a key role in Leicester City's historic Premier League title-winning campaign in the 2015-2016 season.
Morgan has also represented the Jamaican national team, earning over 30 caps and featuring in the 2015 and 2016 CONCACAF Gold Cup tournaments.
Known for his leadership qualities and physical presence on the pitch, Wes Morgan is considered one of the top defenders in the English Football League Championship.
